Artwork Requirements

We would need your artwork to be over 600dpi and in the following formats:

An Adobe Illustrator (Ai), PDF, Photoshop (PSD), CDR (Corel Draw), or EPS file with all the layers. If you are still determining if your artwork would be suitable for printing on silk fabric, try zooming into the artwork in your desired program. If it has jagged edges, looks blurry, or is unreadable, we would be unable to use it. If it has crispy clean edges, then it should be usable. All fonts must be converted to outlines or included with the file. Forms of artwork not mentioned above or needing a touch-up will be charged $50.00 per hour. Emailed artwork must be sent with your purchase order number. Also include the company name, phone number, and contact name in the email to ensure a quick turnaround.

Artwork Confirmation

Please carefully review your Artwork Confirmation for your custom imprint method. We will produce your products precisely to these specifications.

Proof of Imprint

Virtual Standard Artwork/ Paper Proof is provided free of charge. Under "Standard Artwork," we mean your corporate logo and colors. More complicated artwork incorporating photos, graphic images, drawings, and fine artwork is required an additional design fee of $50/hour.

We will send you a PDF proof of your artwork on the required item so you can see the position and size of the print. We will send a photo of the first item of the printing so you can see the final sample for sign-off. Paper proofs must be signed and returned to the factory before actual production by email. Failure to return the paper proof promptly may delay your order’s delivery date.

Pre-production Proof/ Samples are available. Prices vary based on the product.

If you would like to receive a physical sample of the custom-ordered product before printing and production, we can produce it for a fee of 1-2 pc of the item, plus a screen and setup charge of $75.00 (C), plus delivery costs. A pre-production sample will be shipped via courier unless specified by the customer. Pre-production sample lead time varies (3-4 weeks) and depends on the product category.

We acknowledge all orders with email proof unless specified by the customer.

All Files, Logos, Trademarks, Slogans, or Content submitted to us are the property of our customer and their owners.

In other cases, if your team is preparing for the upcoming Summit, Show, Anniversary, Non-Profit Fundraising, Club Event, or Trade Expo in a particular city or state, we can create a design inspired by the town of the event, incorporating your company logo, event colors, message, names, milestones, dates, historical photos or landmarks of the city into a custom pattern and print of your final accessories style, reflecting the spirit and mood of the upcoming event.
