Product Details and Specifications
Our custom printed 100% silk eye masks are crafted with the utmost attention to detail and quality in elegant shape. The front and back of each mask are made of luxurious 100% mulberry silk charmeuse, which is OEKO-TEX 100 certified, with a silk weight of 16.5 momme, ensuring a soft, comfortable, and timeless product.
Here is an example of actual custom printed silk eye mask for The Little Nell, luxury resort in Colorado. We incorporated the resort's logo in black color into the silk fabric design, digitally printed on pure silk charmeuse fabric. After the custom silk fabric is ready, it cut into a silk mask shape, then sewed with silk outline in matching black color, adjustable elastic strap is attached, and care label. That is why custom designed silk eye mask production process is 30-40 business days.
We do not use screen printing on pure silk. The silk fabric is custom digitally printed or wet dyed before silk eye mask production.
The masks measure 81/4" x 4" (21 cm x 10 cm) and are filled with approximately 10 PP cotton filling for a perfect balance of comfort and light blocking. An adjustable, long-lasting, high-quality elastic slide strap with buckles ensures a secure and comfortable fit for most users.

To maintain the quality and longevity of your custom printed 100% silk eye masks, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and drying flat, or dry cleaning for best results. Each silk eye mask weighs approximately 0.03 pounds (0.5 oz or 14 g) and is individually packed in a poly bag for protection. Gift box options are available upon request, with a minimum order of 300 pieces for custom gift boxes with logo, or organza and silk pouches.
Production Time
Our sample production time is 20 business days, while bulk production takes 30 days from the day of artwork approval.
