Our custom-printed 100% silk sleep eye masks are crafted with exceptional attention to detail, quality, and refined design. Each mask features an elegant, exclusive silhouette, with both the front and back made from luxurious 100% mulberry silk charmeuse. The silk is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified and produced at a 16.5 momme weight, ensuring a soft, breathable, and timelessly elegant feel.
Shown here is an example of an actual custom-designed silk eye mask created for The Little Nell, a luxury resort in Colorado. The resort’s logo was seamlessly incorporated into the silk fabric design in black and digitally printed directly onto pure silk charmeuse, preserving the integrity and beauty of the silk.
Once the custom silk fabric is completed, it is precisely cut into the eye mask shape, carefully sewn with a matching silk outline, and finished with an adjustable elastic strap and care label. This meticulous, multi-step craftsmanship is why our custom silk eye mask production timeline is approximately 30–40 business days.
We do not use screen printing on silk. All designs are digitally printed or wet-dyed onto the silk fabric prior to production, ensuring superior color quality, softness, and durability.
Custom Bespoke Print — The Little Nell
This BlisSsleep™ custom-designed 100% silk sleep eye mask was created exclusively for The Little Nell, a renowned luxury resort in Colorado, USA. The design features a step-and-repeat logo pattern in refined black, set against a sophisticated dark gray silk background, offering a modern yet timeless expression of understated luxury.
The artwork was custom printed directly onto pure silk textile, preserving the natural softness, sheen, and breathability of the fabric. Once printed, the silk was precisely cut into the signature BlisSsleep™ eye mask shape and meticulously finished with an elegant rounded black silk trim.
The reverse side is lined with luxurious black 100% silk charmeuse, complemented by a premium elastic strap with an adjustable buckle, ensuring a secure, comfortable fit while maintaining a polished, elevated appearance. Every detail reflects thoughtful craftsmanship, making this silk eye mask both a functional sleep essential and a refined branded keepsake.
CUSTOM PRINT ALL OVER
Each mask measures 8¼" × 4" (21 × 10 cm) and is softly padded with approximately 10 g of PP cotton filling, providing an ideal balance of plush comfort and effective light blocking. A high-quality, adjustable elastic slide strap with durable buckles ensures a secure, comfortable fit for most users while maintaining long-term wearability.
The back of each silk eye mask is crafted from 100% black silk charmeuse for a refined, cohesive look—or may be produced in the color of your choice upon request.
Care Instructions and Packaging
To preserve the beauty, softness, and longevity of your custom-printed 100% silk eye mask, we recommend gentle spot cleaning with a damp cloth and laying flat to dry, or professional dry cleaning for optimal results.
Each silk eye mask weighs approximately 0.03 lb (0.5 oz / 14 g) and is individually packaged in a protective poly bag to maintain its pristine condition. Elevated gift packaging options are available upon request, including custom logo gift boxes (minimum order of 300 pieces), as well as organza or silk pouches for a refined presentation.
Production Time
Sample production requires approximately 20 business days. Bulk production is completed within 30 business days from final artwork approval. For custom-printed or personalized designs, production time is approximately 4–5 weeks following both artwork and payment approval.
