Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We prefer an order of at least 30 custom printed blankets or plush throws for one style. However, we can produce genuinely customized, single pieces if you are willing to pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our standard production time is 4 – 5 weeks and counts from when you place the order and approved your final artwork.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, if you need corporate gift items or the product to be delivered as a gift, you can add the request in the Notes and instructions part of our order form, and we shall comply. Standard packaging is individual poly-bags, but for special gift packaging, you can opt for luxury poly bags with zipper and custom printed card and ribbon. We can even print a logo on it if you ask for it. The minimum order for custom zipped gift polybags is 300 pc.
