Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we do. However, we may adjust large orders or bulk designs for our valued clients. For one design, our standard minimum quantity for scarves and pocket squares is 30 pieces of each design.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our standard production time is 4 – 6 weeks and counts from when you place the order and down payment confirmation. This span includes the time for finalizing the design, which means the sooner you decide on the design, the sooner your order will go into production.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, if you need corporate gift items or the product to be delivered as a gift, you can add the request in the Notes and instructions part of our order form, and we shall comply. Standard packaging is individual poly bags, but for special gift packaging, you can opt for luxury envelopes or rigid gift boxes. We can even print a logo on it if you ask for it. The minimum order for custom-branded gift boxes is 300 pc.
